I recently hit the weight room again.  I thought I'd share a video of 9 time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman to inspire everyone for their gym exploits.  It will also help clue you in on some catch phrases Jeff and I frequently use.  "Gotta get dem legs bigga!"

Winding down

As the season comes to an end and the training stops, its nice to slow down and take in some of the sights you miss while training. I took these today up Butterfield canyon, I think its my new favorite canyon!
